SYSTEMS ANALYST - YORK with some UK Travel
Up To £35k
Our client requires an experienced systems analyst to work on key government programmes. Your experience will include at least 3 years systems analysis with formal methodology experience - preferable but DSDM, experience considered - preferably within a 3rd party solution supplier environment.
Experience of CRM implementation analysis & scripting - preferably with Lagan but other CRM applications are also relevant, as will domain experience within Local Government or call centre environments.
Good customer facing skills are needed for this role, as there will be times when you will be required to work away home from time to time so any applicants must be happy to work away for variable periods - both within the UK and overseas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provision of systems and process analysis for CRM implementation
Key client contact for solution design & business fit analysis
Customer support through implementation, handover & training
Support of UAT & Testing process
Provision of general systems analysis on other projects
Essential Skills and experience required:
3 years systems analysis
Domain Experience within local government or call centre
UML or other formal analysis methodology
CRM implementation
Computer literate in MS Word, Exel, Experience or knowledge of Lagan an advantage
